In an action asserting a variety of tort claims arising out of the failure of the business, district court's grant of defendant's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where: 1) abuse of process claim was not supported by any evidence that defendant's took action after the issuance of a search warrant that could reasonably be found to constitute an abuse or perverted misuse of process; and 2) there was no error in dismissing plaintiff's civil conspiracy claim as there was no evidence that any employee of defendant was involved in the state police's decision to seek a warrant.
