US v. Theimer, 07-3816

Sentence for conspiracy, forged securities, embezzlement, and mail fraud is affirmed where: 1) district court complied with Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure as it made its findings on the amount of loss in the case based on the evidence presented at trial; and 2) the amount of loss calculation was not clearly erroneous.
