US v. Wynn, 07-3001

Sentence for impersonating a federal officer is affirmed where: 1) the evidence adequately supports a finding that defendant violated the conditions of his probation, and the district court did not abuse its discretion by revoking the probation; 2) the sentence imposed after revocation of probation was substantively reasonable; and 3) the district court did not abuse its discretion in imposing special conditions of supervised release.
