US v. Kattaria, 06-3903

Conviction and sentence for growing marijuana are affirmed where: 1) search warrants for defendant's home were supported by probable cause; 2) defendant did not make a substantial preliminary showing of a deliberate false statement that entitled him to a Franks hearing; and 3) the officers executing the search warrants acted in good faith reliance on their validity.
