US v. Whaley, 07-3474

Sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon is affirmed where a conviction for knowingly burning or exploding in Missouri constituted a violent felony for purposes of the sentence enhancement, and the minimum sentence did not constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
