US v. Watts, 08-2218

Sentence for aiding and abetting the distribution of thirteen grams of crack cocaine is affirmed where the district court was required by the statutory mandatory minimum sentence to sentence defendant to five years, and there was no Equal Protection violation since there was no evidence of a racially discriminatory motive for the minimum sentence.
