US v. Wallace, 08-1523

In a prosecution for knowingly receiving through interstate commerce a visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence is affirmed where there was sufficient probable cause within the four corners of the affidavit to support the challenged search warrant.
