US v. Brown, 08-2316

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) denying his motion to suppress; and 2) finding that defendant's previous conviction for aiding a felon in the commission of an aggravated robbery was a crime of violence under the advisory sentencing guidelines.
