United States Eighth Circuit
Finch v. Astrue, 081425
Denial of disability insurance benefits is affirmed over claim of error that defendant-Commissioner of Social Security's decision should have been reversed because the Administrative Law Judge: 1) failed to properly credit plaintiff's subjective complaints of pain; 2) failed to properly evaluate the evidence in determining plaintiff's residual functional capacity; and 3) improperly substituted his own opinion for that of a medical examiner's.
