US v. Van, 07-3812

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction; and 2) there was no error in treating defendant's three prior drug convictions as separate offenses for purposes of a mandatory minimum sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act, and an enhanced sentencing range under the advisory sentencing guidelines.
