A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) evidentiary rulings; 2) whether the government's closing argument created either a variance or constructive amendment of the indictment; 3) the sufficiency of the evidence; 4) whether the district court erred by correcting an order dismissing the entire indictment; and 5) sentencing issues.
