United States Eighth Circuit

A conviction and sentence for various narcotics distribution and firearms offenses is affirmed over claims that: 1) insufficient evidence supported drug and firearm conspiracy convictions, and his firearm possession conviction; 2) the district court improperly presumed the advisory sentencing guidelines range was reasonable; 3) it erred in considering the applicable statutory factors, and 4) the sentence violated his Sixth Amendment rights.
