United States Eighth Circuit

A conviction and sentence for two drug-related offenses is affirmed over claims that: 1) at trial, the Government failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the substance he possessed was crack cocaine; 2) the district court abused its discretion in admitting defendant's prior convictions under Rule 404(b); and 3) it erred in applying a preponderance of the evidence standard when determining drug quantity at sentencing.
