US v. Williams, 07-2679

Auto theft by deception, auto theft without consent, and auto tampering are not crimes of violence for purposes of U.S.S.G. section 2K2.1(a)(2). However, auto theft by coercion is closely analogous to extortion and constitutes a crime of violence.
