Loeb v. Best Buy Co., Inc., 07-3109

In an age discrimination suit brought against employer-Best Buy, summary judgment for Best Buy is affirmed where, assuming plaintiff made a prima facie case, defendant established a legitimate, non-discriminatory ground for terminating plaintiff, which he failed to show was a pretext for age discrimination.
