US v. Robertson, 07-3063

An eight month sentence imposed following revocation of defendant's supervised release is affirmed where: 1) the revocation petition gave defendant adequate notice of the violations at issue; 2) the sentence was well within the court's discretion; and 3) no error was committed with regards to allocution, and if there were any error, the issue was forfeited, and the error was not plain.
