US v. Jenkins, 06-4136

On remand from the Supreme Court, a conviction and sentence for drug- and firearm-related offenses is affirmed where: 1) pursuant to the circuit court's prior opinion, the evidence was sufficient to support the verdicts; and 2) Kimbrough sentencing error committed by the district court was harmless as defendant was sentenced to the statutory minimum on the relevant count.
