United States Eighth Circuit

A ruling ordering third party defendants to pay contribution on a breach of contract judgment and attorney's fees and costs defendant-doctor paid to plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in determining defendant was entitled to contribution; and 2) defendant was the prevailing party for purposes of attorney's fees, and there was no abuse of discretion as to the amount.
