United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Nolen, 07-3887

A conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed where: 1) a motion to suppress was properly denied since, based on the information provided an informant, as well as the erratic driving of a vehicle, officers' warrantless search was supported by probable cause; and 2) the evidence was sufficient to support the verdict.
