United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Moe, 07-3772

A conviction for aiding and abetting the robbery of a credit union is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's request for a continuance under the circumstances, as defendant's absence did not prevent a fair and just hearing on the continuance; and 2) the evidence presented at trial supported the guilty verdicts.
