In an action alleging employer terminated plaintiff in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff failed to show that there was a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendant's proffered justification for the termination was pretext for an illegal discriminatory motive based on his disability.
