Gambian citizen's petition for review of a denial of her application for asylum and withholding of removal is denied where: 1) the circuit court lacked jurisdiction to review the BIA's determination that her asylum application was untimely; and 2) a parent may not establish a derivative claim for withholding of removal based upon their child's fear of persecution.
