US v. Razo-Guerra, 07-2881, 07-2978

Sentences for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and marijuana are affirmed where: 1) there was no error in findings that one defendant did not provide all the information he knew about the offense and that he was ineligible for safety valve relief; and 2) there was no error in assessing an enhancement on other defendant for being an organizer or leader of criminal activity involving five or more participants.
