A conviction and sentence for distributing heroin resulting in the death of another person is affirmed over claims that: 1) the evidence of a prior conviction should not have been admitted; 2) the government improperly vouched for its witnesses; 3) the government failed to give notice of sentencing enhancement pursuant to 21 U.S.C. section 851; and 4) the sentencing enhancement was based on an inaccurate prior felony.
