United States Eighth Circuit
Sanders v. Norris, 07-1109/2282
Petition for habeas relief is denied where: 1) district court did not abuse its discretion in denying petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel; and 2) even if trial counsel performed deficiently in failing to note that one juror was the coroner, petitioner could not show that the juror was biased either in fact or implicitly so as to be prejudicial.
