United States Eighth Circuit
Horn v. Best Buy Stores, L.P., 07-2677
In an action against former employer alleging retaliatory discharge, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff did not make out a prima facie case of retaliation by presenting evidence which failed to show that her engaging in protected conduct was a determinative factor, not merely a motivating, factor in the employer's adverse employment action.
