US v. Wanton, 08-1813
Denial of defendant's motion for reduction of his sentence based on Amendment 706 to the Sentencing Guidelines is affirmed where: 1) defendant's sentence was premised on a finding that his relevant conduct involved more than 4.5 kilograms of crack; and 2) the new amendment is inapplicable when more than 4.5 kilorams of crack is involved.
