Smith v. Int'l Paper Co., 05-3615

In a Title VII suit against employer for alleged employment retaliation, summary judgment for employer is affirmed where the employee failed to present sufficient evidence for a reasonable jury to conclude that he engaged in protected conduct when he complained to employer's human resources manager that his supervisor was yelling and cursing at him.
