US v. Stachowiak, 07-2056

In a prosecution for a drug-related offense, denial of a motion to suppress evidence is affirmed where: 1) the police officer had reasonable suspicion to believe the defendant was presently armed and dangerous; and 2) the protective search which led to the discovery of evidence was justified.
