US v. Sigala, 07-1722

Sentence for drug-related offenses is affirmed where: 1) nothing in the record supported a claim that the district court applied an impermissible presumption of reasonableness to the calculated guidelines range; 2) the district court properly considered the sentencing factors in 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a); and 3) the district court articulated adequate reasons for the sentence.
