United States Eighth Circuit

In a prosecution of drug-related offenses, denials of motions to dismiss indictment and suppress evidence are affirmed where: 1) the government did not violate the defendant's right to due process when it allowed its informant to continue assisting narcotics investigators after defendant engaged in illegal drug use; and 2) in light of the totality of the information provided to the magistrate judge, there was sufficient probable cause to issue the warrant for a valid search and seizure.
