United States Eighth Circuit

In a prosecution for being a drug user in possession of a firearm, denial of motion to suppress is affirmed over defendant's claims that: 1) a Terry stop was improper because the officers had no reasonable indication that he was involved in criminal activity; and 2) a Terry frisk was improper because there were no objective facts that created a reasonable suspicion that he was armed and dangerous.
