United States Eighth Circuit

Following a conviction for first-degree sexual conduct and promoting prostitution of an individual under the age of eighteen for the benefit of a gang, denial of a petition for habeas relief is affirmed where any constitutional error lacked substantial and injurious effect, for purposes of a claim that petitioner's Sixth Amendment right of confrontation was violated by the admission of a witness' out-of-court statements.
