United States Eighth Circuit

Soto v. Core-Mark Int-l, Inc., 07-1301

In a suit against an employer alleging a violation of Title VII and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, summary judgment for employer is affirmed over claims that the district court erred: 1) in viewing the disputed evidence in the light most favorable to the employer in granting summary judgment; and 2) in failing to consider the totality of the evidence when it analyzed whether a retaliatory motive was a determinative factor in the employer's termination decision.
