In a case involving drug-related offenses: 1) conviction is affirmed where district court did not erred in denying a motion to suppress evidence seized under the plain view exception in a justified automobile stop; but 2) sentence judgment is remanded for reconsideration in light of amended sentencing Guideline provisions.
