US v. Taylor, 07-1582
Conviction for conspiring to distribute controlled substance and possession of firearm during and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in denying a motion to suppress evidence incidental to an arrest without probable cause by police officers who were also guilty of outrageous government conduct.
