US v. Johnson, 07-2094
Conviction for aggravated sexual abuse of a child is affirmed where: 1) sufficient evidence was presented to permit a jury to conclude guilt beyond a reasonable doubt; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing the government to pose leading questions.
