United States Eighth Circuit
Miah v. Mukasey, 06-2649, 06-3712
Petition for review of the BIA's determination of ineligibility for asylum and withholding of removal, as well as its refusal to reopen petitioner's removal proceeding, is denied where: 1) substantial evidence supported determinations that petitioner was ineligible for asylum; and 2) the BIA did not abuse its discretion in denying a motion to reopen to obtain adjustment of status.
