Conviction for mail fraud offenses based on misrepresentations made to investors and diversion of invested funds to defendants' own use is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) insufficiency of the evidence; 2) the government's failure to disclose information to defense counsel in violation of Brady; and 3) their entitlement to a new trial based on juror misconduct.
