United States Eighth Circuit
Jessie v. Potter, 07-1050
In a Title VII suit alleging discrimination by plaintiff's employer, the U.S. Postal Service, in connection with its response to her work-related injuries, dismissal of the suit is affirmed where the record did not substantiate plaintiff's claim of mental incapacitation, and thus there was no error in granting summary judgment against plaintiff on the ground that she had failed to contact an EEO counselor within the requisite time.
