Estate of Blume v. Marian Health Ctr., 07-1711

In an action raising a claim that the hospital breached its contract with plaintiff-doctor when it terminated his privileges without giving him a hearing, a judgment in favor plaintiff is vacated and remanded for entry of judgment for the hospital where it was error to hold that the hospital's bylaws did not entitle the hospital to immunity from suit.
