United States Eighth Circuit

White v. McKinley, 07-1002, 07-1166

In an action brought following plaintiff's prosecution, conviction, re-prosecution, and eventual acquittal for the alleged molestation of his adopted daughter, partial denial of defendants' motions for summary judgment is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) denying detective's motion for summary judgment on procedural due process and conspiracy claims; and 2) denying former wife's summary judgment motion on conspiracy, false arrest, and malicious prosecution claims.
