Taxi Connection v. Dakota, Minnesota & E. R.R. Corp., 06-3510

In an action brought against defendant alleging reprisal, business, and gender discrimination in violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA), and breach of contract and promissory estoppel, dismissal of plaintiffs' claims is affirmed where: 1) the MHRA claims were properly dismissed as untimely; and 2) plaintiffs cannot prove any set of facts entitling them to relief on breach of contract or promissory estoppel claims.
