United States Eighth Circuit

US v. McPike, 07-1405

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where: 1) although the admission of a recording of a jailhouse conversation with another individual was error, the error was harmless due to the overwhelming evidence against defendant; and 2) the 120-month sentence was not unreasonable.
