A conviction for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where there was no plain error in admitting evidence seized during a search of defendant's home, as probable cause existed to arrest a passenger in the car defendant was driving and to stop the vehicle he occupied, which led to probable cause to arrest defendant for driving without a license.
