United States Eighth Circuit
Chen v. Mukasey, 06-3303
Petition for review of a denial of Chinese petitioner's claims for asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is denied where an IJ's adverse credibility determinations were supported by substantial evidence, and consequently the IJ did not err in rejecting petitioner's testimony that he was wanted by the Chinese government because he had driven his mother to a Falun Gong practice.
