Marcrum v. Luebbers, 05-3930

Grant of habeas relief from a conviction for murder and armed criminal action is reversed where, contrary to the ruling below, petitioner did not show he was entitled to habeas relief with regards to a claim that he received ineffective assistance of counsel in connection with presenting his insanity and diminished capacity defenses.
