US v. Bynum, 07-1473

A conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over a challenge to the denial of a suppression motion where officers had the right to be in close proximity to defendant's vehicle, and the items in plain view through the vehicle's open door could be seized and admitted against defendant.
