US v. Jaber, 06-3913

A conviction for false statements on naturalization and passport applications, unlawful procurement of naturalization, and use of false social security number is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court lacked jurisdiction and venue to convict on the naturalization-related counts; and 2) it erred in denying his jury instruction for venue.
