United States Eighth Circuit

In an appeal brought by parents of a denial of a Rule 60(b) motion relating to 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims they brought against the defendants based on excessive force in the shooting death of their son, the appeal is dismissed to the extent it raised issues related to a summary judgment granted to city and police chief, and the denial of the motion is otherwise affirmed as there was no abuse its discretion in the decision.
